1. The Tanks: You walk in and see giant king crabs and lobsters in pristine tanks.
2. The Supermarket: Grab pre-made sushi boxes that are better than 80% of restaurants.
3. The Standing Bar: This is where you want to be.

The Standing Bar (Li Tun)

• The Vibe: Energetic, fast-paced.
• The Food: Omakase sets start around 600 NTD.
• Must Order: The "Seasoned Sashimi" set.
• Warning: Cash only (mostly). No reservations. You will queue.

Is it worth the hype?

Yes. The turnover is so high that the fish is incredibly fresh. It is not "fine dining" where you whisper. It is loud, fun, and delicious.
