Sidebar is technical about its gin. The front is a casual bar, but the secret door leads to "The Bunker," where they stock over 700 gins. The owner is a walking encyclopedia of juniper berries. Ask for a "Martini" and prepare for a 10-minute lecture on vermouth ratios. It is brilliant.
