Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Can I withdraw the NT$5,000 as cash?
A: No. The prize is strictly provided as stored value on an electronic card (EasyCard / iPASS) or as hotel vouchers. It cannot be converted or withdrawn as cash.

Q: What if I don't use all the money before I leave Taiwan?
A: Unused balances cannot be refunded. Stored value is valid for 90 days from the date of card issuance, after which any remaining funds will expire.

Q: I am joining an organized tour group, can I still apply?
A: No. This campaign is strictly designed for independent travelers (FIT) who have not booked an agency tour package.

Q: If my flight arrives late at night or early morning, are the booths still open?
A: Yes. Counters at major international airports (such as Taoyuan TPE) operate in sync with international flight arrival schedules, so staff will be available when international flights land.
